NOTES: |
The SM Axis is used to presume a taxonomic class
when none is available. In this case, the SMA would lead to an assumption of the C class,
which has a assumed albedo of 0.058. This is clearly wrong based on the IRAS values, with
the asteroid having an albedo nearing that of the E class (0.3-0.4). Adopting the assumed
C class albedo of 0.058, the diameter would be 60.5 km instead of the 26.9 km reported in
the IRAS catalog. |
