Use this page to: Submit the summary results of your observations. These summaries will be posted to the site for reference by others. |
| This site is not
an official clearing house for observations. Placing your results does not constitute
"juried publication". However, by posting your summary, you help other observers
to know which asteroids have already been worked or may need further follow up. If the data being submitted was the result of a collaboration, then enter one record per observer and use the comments field to note the other observers by their observatory code or name. |
Explanation of Quality Parameters
You should be conservative in your estimate for the Quality parameter. For example, a '3' requires you have more than just complete coverage but that you have data spanning a sufficient number of rotations and covering the majority of the curve at least twice so as to remove any ambiguities with as much certainty as possible.
IMPORTANT
NOTE You are strongly encouraged to include a URL where the lightcurve plot can be viewed pending or following formal publication. This allows others to judge the quality of the solution for themselves. |
